The Dash & Dine 5k, Boulder’s favorite Spring tune-up series, is excited to announce its partnership with Revolution Running as its official training partner.

The Dash & Dine 5k’s six races are held on Tuesday nights at the Boulder Reservoir in April and May and are a great way to get ready for the BoulderBOULDER 10k held on Memorial Day.

“We’re very happy to be working with the Dash & Dine series as a classic fixture on the Boulder race calendar. It provides an excellent mid-week opportunity for runners to test out their fitness or tune up for other races without the pressure of bigger weekend races,” stated Revolution Running’s Head Coach, Ewen North.

Revolution Running will provide a coached warm up at 6 p.m. before each race. Comprised of a short jog and dynamic drills, the structured routine is available for free for anyone to join in. In addition to the warm up, Revolution Running will also provide a planned workout that night for those who are not interested in “racing” the entire 5k all at once.

“We are really excited to have Revolution Running join us this year as our training partner. Ewen and his team of coaches have been providing award-winning training to thousands of athletes in the front range for many years, helping them reach their individual goals within a supportive community,” said Race Director Todd Straka.

Each race is electronically timed and will serve as a BolderBOULDER qualifier. But in the fifth installment, May 16th, two weeks before Memorial Day, the Dash & Dine will serve as the official qualifying race with wave assignments, on-site registration and bib exchange for runners who improve on their times. The Dash & Dine races are family-friendly and as the name implies, followed by a post-race party and hosted dinner as part of the price of entry.

North added, “There’s a really fun social atmosphere too and what better way to reward your hard efforts than with a post run feast and hang out.”

Revolution Running, voted Competitor Magazine Mountain West Region’s ‘Best Running Club’, hosts groups in Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Fort Collins, Denver, and Littleton. It’s 10-week Spring Training Program starts March 18.

The Dash & Dine will kick off the series on Tuesday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Boulder Reservoir. Registration for each race or a 4 or 6 pack registration, can be found on its website – Dashndine5k.com.
