(re) Introducing Guided Pre-Race Warm-ups

We are excited to bring back our pre-race warm-up routine led by Luis Hernandez and Revolution Running.

Each week at 6 pm, Luis will lead you through an easy warm-up jog and some dynamic drills to get you ready to run hard! It’s free and a great opportunity to prepare for the race effort, learn how to run more efficiently, and meet some new people before the race.
